F. e.: a guest has membership for 5 visits, for 180 min and 3 guests arrive for the visit. In this case, 3 visits will be deducted from the membership with 2 remaining for another time.

The gift voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. For your convenience, the validity date is stated on the voucher. It can also be checked online.

It is possible to extend the gift voucher validity within 90 days from the expiration date. Its validity period can be renewed once for 30 days from the day it was applied for. However, in this case, the value of the gift voucher is reduced by 20 %.

No, a procedure cannot be purchased as a gift voucher. In this case, the best option is to purchase the voucher for an amount.

For a swimming pool and sauna area visit we have a voucher for 180 min., and it does not require date and time reservation before purchase – “Gift voucher for the swimming pool and saunas, 180 min.”.

The gift voucher or its code does not entitle the holder to purchase another gift voucher or the amount indicated therein.

The gift voucher must be used for payment once as the remaining amount is not transferable. However, it is possible to reserve all upcoming visits for separate dates, applying the voucher for payment and if the cost of services exceeds the value of the voucher, an additional payment can be made.
