Two Inches above Daily Life
The hustle and bustle of the city is left behind the walls. The place is filled with warm silence. Thoughts calm down on their own and the body relaxes. Stress and fatigue melt away. I throw off my clothes, find a sauna and settle myself on a wide wooden lounger. The first drops of heat come and I find myself already standing under a burst of ice-cold water, which instantly restores the firmness of the body. Twenty-five metres of swimming pool harmonize the muscle work. In the room of silence, my ears enjoy the monotony of running water. Positive feelings in the body are complemented by a relaxing massage, with the greenery in front of my eyes opening to a background of old churches.
I return to the city with an easy step. “Two inches above daily life,” the passing wind whispers. And I love it.
